The long-time family dining room furniture has been refinished and has found its place in one of our conference rooms today. It will be loved and used daily.

Shout out to Quality Furniture Repair on Admiral for impeccable work and to Adam Zinn with Zinn Moving for getting this to the office safely and without flaw. I highly recommend both of them for furniture refinishing/repair and moving.

We still need to hang some pictures. Thank you to North Carolina Furniture and Christy for sending me pictures of her inventory and delivering the same day.

Being a criminal defense attorney is not always popular, but trust me when you are accused of something you did not do, you want the best there is. Moreover, our system would fail without people willing to stand with the accused. Congratulations to Brecken Wagner and our own Michael Taubman for a not guilty in Pittsburg County today following a jury trial on r**e 1 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor charges. I promise you no one feels better tonight than that accused man.

Good news. Power has been restored to the offices. Internet and phone are still down. The issue is outside the building with Cox. The message says they are working to resolve the problem. We will reopen in the morning.

Our building remains without power, and we suspect the phones are likely down as well. We are not able to access the building due to security issues with power being down (the building management has chained and secured the doors and will not allow access).

The best way to reach us at this time is by email. We hope to resume normal operations once power is restored.

We are praying for everyone's safety and sanity.
