On my terms.
After years of practicing law the way others needed me to, I finally made the leap a month ago, and I’m only left wondering what the heck took me so long.
Rhiannon Thoreson Law, PLLC is my firm. My cases.
My clients. The work I actually believe in.
And the work I believe in most? Representing crime victims.
Victims have constitutional rights in Oklahoma - rights that exist on paper but too often go unenforced because no one is standing in the gap to assert them.
That changes with me in the room. Whether it’s fighting for a victim’s right to be heard, to be protected, or to be treated with dignity by a system that too often forgets they exist - that’s the representation I was built to provide.
I also handle other legal matters, and I maintain an of counsel relationship with a firm I respect. But this - showing up for people the system has overlooked over and over again - is why I built something of my own.
If you or someone you love needs an advocate who will fight for your rights as a crime victim, please reach out.
