Five months on the market. Five days to get it under contract. Then came the real challenge.

My sellers were selling their Oklahoma home while simultaneously purchasing their next home in Florida. That meant multiple agents, buyers, lenders, title companies, deadlines and two transactions in two different states all depending on one another.

It was a true domino deal. If one piece fell behind, it could affect everything else.

So we communicated. Constantly.

We coordinated with the buyers here, Lisa Pinnick as their lender, the title companies, and the real estate professionals handling the Florida purchase. We watched every deadline and kept every moving piece moving forward.

In my latest blog, a fictional Midtown Tulsa buyer discovers a damaged buried service line after closing and learns that private water and sewer lines can become the homeowner’s responsibility.
