Excited to spend the afternoon with Vision Bank at their annual CLE/CPE Seminar.

Today I'm presenting on two topics that are increasingly important in estate planning and trust administration:

✅ Modern Methods for Modifying Irrevocable Trusts

Irrevocable trusts are often viewed as permanent, but there are a number of tools available to adapt trusts to changing laws, family circumstances, tax considerations, and beneficiary needs. Understanding when and how those tools can be used is critical for attorneys, CPAs, trustees, and advisors.

One of the best parts of practicing in the trusts and estates world is the opportunity to learn alongside talented professionals who are willing to share their knowledge and experience.

Today I'm attending the monthly lunch of the Tulsa Estate Planning Forum, where our guest speaker, Ash Ahluwalia, is presenting on strategies to increase Social Security benefits and the impact of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBB).

These kinds of professional organizations are more than networking groups. They're an important resource that helps attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, trust officers, and other professionals stay informed about changes that affect the families we serve. When we invest time in continuing education and professional relationships, our clients benefit from better advice, better planning, and better outcomes.
