The Tucson housing market for June 2026 shows home sales in line with prior year's June sales. Median price increased 0.9% YoY while the Average price moved up 1.0% year over year. Inventory remains unchanged from the prior month with 3.60 months' supply. New listings fell 3.6% YoY. Buyers continue to hold most of the cards, but homes that are updated will have greater pricing power and attract more buyers.
