On this day, many years ago, I flew from Seoul to the United States to be with my family! Every March 24th since this day, my family has celebrated my “Plane Day.” It is a hugely important day for my family, just like any family’s “adoption day” or “gotcha day.” We would also celebrate it each year in my classes growing up to help teach my classmates about adoption. I also have a picture from my own actual adoption day too! 🤍
