About Our Firm
Sanders Douglas Associates International is a unique mediation firm operating both on a domestic and worldwide basis with headquarters in Tucson, Arizona. Sanders Douglas specializes in corporate mediations with an emphasis in consultation for commercial businesses. We are known in the industry for our quick turnaround on troubling corporate disputes.

Ed Sanders, a former IBM CFO and one of our founders in 1999.
Mediations
Pre-suit mediation is becoming more widely accepted as a sensible way of resolving disputes before they turn into litigation, especially when the parties are motivated to resolve their dispute without the extra incentive created by a lawsuit. Besides being confidential and non-binding or binding depending upon needs, mediation is relatively quick and inexpensive when compared to actually litigating a dispute.
Alternate Dispute Resolutions
Sanders Douglas maintains a network of Attorneys and Private Investigators to assist our firm in alternate dispute resolutions and mediations on an out of court basis as provided between the parties. Sanders Douglas mediates business claims, virtually anywhere in the country and most parts of the world, while our auditing and outsourcing representatives handle those client claims with delicate processes to insure client retention and customer satisfaction.
International Collections
Sanders Douglas Associates International includes collections which are comprised of collection companies and Attorney firms located in over fifty countries worldwide. An advantage to credit grantors is that debts can be recovered from virtually any part of the world, an important advantage in this day of high mobility and global economy. The growth of international business to its many forms and the resultant concern of business, government and society as to how best to deal with phenomenon have caused concern to both the private and public sector.

We have over 10,000 attorneys and legal advisors working for clients on both national and international levels ON ACCOUNTS WHICH HAVE BEEN REFERRED FOR IMMEDIATE LEGAL ACTION.
Legal Referral and Law Suit Forwarding Services are considered and protected with a $3,500,000.00 BOND per case/ claim.
Bond Coverage
1. Sanders Douglas ' referral and Insurance program includes coverage against acts of larceny, embezzlement, and fraudulent failure to make accounting or overcharge. This is not a malpractice insurance program.
2. This bonding program covers Sanders Douglas Clients and claims in all 50 states and , but does not provide coverage on foreign attorneys or foreign claims, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.
3. This commercial crime policy and employee dishonesty coverage has a $3,500,000.00 limit of liability.
4. Coverage maintained by The Great American Insurance Company, One of the top rated fidelity insurers in the industry.
