- It takes approximately 90 days to get all the facts.
- I obtain the supplemental police reports, the audios, the videos, the dispatch tapes.
- I interview the police, and the witnesses (if any).
- I go to your DMV hearing to try to save your driving privileges.
- I interview the crime lab analyst to see that the chemical test protocols were adhered to.
- After 90 days of work, I can predict with 99% accuracy what your odds of beating the case are.
- For this I charge $1500. Thousands less than other DUI Lawyers.
