The Board of Directors ("Board'') of the Sierra Morado Community Association ("Association''), having duly noticed and convened a meeting of the Board pursuant to A,R.S. 33-1804, hereby adopts the following resolution by a majority vc)te:

WHEREAS the Association is developing conve

rsation between its membership through social media. WHEREAS the use and utilization of a page is in addition to and not in place of the
homeowner portal, Community email newsletters, or any other official form of communication currently recognized by the Board and the Association. WHEREAS the page will NOT be recognized as a place of official Board business other than a supplemental form of one-way informational communication from the Board to the Association and members of the Community. WHEREAS membership to the page will be limited to recognized and identifiable individual of the Sierra Morado Association and its designated agents, and must be 18 years or older. WHEREAS membership to the page will be extended to recognized and identifiable lessees of a documented rental property address as outlined in the CC&F`s, and must be 18 years or older. WHEREAS membership to the page will be extended to schools within the Community (SVE,
RVMS, CCS), who may represent themselves as an entity, and utilize the page for one-way
informational Communication to the Community. WHEREAS the duties of administrator or moderator will be assigned to any person authorized by the
Board of Directors. WHEREAS, a Social Media page Committee consisting of a minimum of three members of the Association, shall be appointed by the Board; at least one member of the Social Media Facebook Committee shall be a Board member. The committee shall have an uneven number of members. WHEREAS, any posts and comments not in accordance with the defined purpose of the page or in violation of those listed under "Prohibited Posts and Comments" in the Facebook Rules of Engagement Policy will be deleted by the administrators. Repeat offenders will be reported, removed and blocked from the group by majority agreement of the Social Media Fakebook Page Committee as appointed by the Board of Directors. Purpose:
The Sierra Morado page is an Online Forum and intended as a virtual bulletin board. It was created as an asset to our Community, to improve communication and foster courteous, respectful and constructive dialogue among residents, and support individual Community members with focus on benefiting the Community as a whole. REQUESTS FOR MAINTENANCE OR ANY OTHER COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT ISSUE (LANDSCAPING, COMPLAINTS, PERSONAL GRIEVANCES ETC) SHOULD NOT BE POSTED 0N THE PAGE, BUT NEED T0 BE ADDRESSED THROUGH OFFICAL CHANNELS BY CALLING PAUL ASH MANAGEMENT COMPANY AT

2. Encouraged/ Allowed posts and comments
Posts and comments/pictures that are Of interest to the Community as a whole, or to offer or
request help, information, or advice on
Community Events, City events, such as but not limited to those at local schools, charities,
churches, scouts, open houses within the community, garage sales within the Community,
charity fundraisers, Missing/lost pets, rehoming family pets with NO fee

Advertising:
youth based business-parents must post for their minor children. Limit posts to every other week
Community member owned businesses and service providers Limit posts to every other week

Crime reporting: Falsely accusing an innocent person can cause them harm and violate their
legal rights. If a true crime has been committed, ond ft ho5 been re'oorfed to the ooife. posts
containing general descriptions or discussions and helpful information are encouraged. Reporting of crimes including video footage must be approved dy an administrator prior to
post,ng.
3. Prohibited posts and comments
- Defamatory or libelous posts or comments including, but not limited to publie charning or
persomal complaints or attacks directed at any individuals or groups
- Threats of any kind including, but not Nmited to those against lndividueis, groups, or buildings
- Obscene, indecent, vulgar, or profane content of any kind
- Personal identlflable information posted without that person's consent (including, but not
limited to name, nickname, address, phone number, \/ehicle license plate, specific vchide
description, photographie images)
- Political posts or comments, including, but not limited to those that link to any elected official or
candidate's page or website or those regarding any specific polltlcal cause or legislation
- Posts or comments that are considered likelyto offend or provoke others, or are inciteful
- Posts or comments that promote or perpetuate discrimination
• Restricted posts or comments that do not allow commenting or block others from viewing or
responding (except for one-way informational communication from the Board, such as weekly
emall newsletters, and genera I or .emergency announcements)
- SPAM or nuisance postlng ofspAM-like advertising, promotion of commercial services or
products
- "For sale" posts of individual items (pleasejoin the sierra Morado Free, Buy, Sell Board)
4. Responsibilities of assigned admlnistrators and moderators:
-To investigate and approve "requests for membership" to the page
-To regularly monitor the daily postings of all members for adherence to Items 1,2,3 as written above
and investigate posts marked as "reported" by members of the Page
-To immediately delete ot the/.r so/a d/.scret/.on any posts or comments in violation of items 1,3, as
written above, and report any incidents and members involved in writing to the members of the Social
Media page Committee, as appointed by the Board
-To remove and block any members who repeatedly violate the posting rules as written above with a
majority agreement from the Social Media page Committee, as appointed by the Board
-Members who have been removed and blocked from the page may provide a written appeal
to be presented to and voted on by the Board
5. Identity and Posting for the Board af Dlrectors
Any communication from the Board to the Association membership on the page will be under
the profile of Slerl.a Morado-Board. Any posts or comments (except for one-way communication to the
Association such as weekly emall newsletters or general or emergency announcements) made by Sierra
Morado-Board requires a majority agreement of the Board of Directors prior to posting.
6. Admittance to the I.age
Prior to being admitted to the Sierra Morado page, members will be asked to acknowledge
and agree to adhere to the Facebook Rules Of Engagement as written above, and to provide information
(such as name as it appears on the homeowner registry, name of landlord, address). Only after
information is provided ln full and verified by the assigned adminl3trators and monitors will members be
admitted to the Page. This Resolution was adopted on this 2±:Lday of !an±±±n4 2021, after full deliberation and a majority
affirmative vote of the Association Board of Directors
