In December, we successfully defended 2 people falsely accused of shoplifting from WalMart, after using the self-checkout line. Be VERY CAREFUL using those lines. Looks like this person (not my client) got some due compensation for it. WalMart appears to have retaliated in this specific case. Every case has its own facts. Get a knowledgeable lawyer!

Yesterday, we were able to get a Robbery charge dismissed, after a preliminary hearing. Our client, a young man, was very happy. Mere association with those who may have committed a crime does not equal guilt. Thankfully, the Court agreed.
