As we close this year, I’m incredibly grateful for the trust our clients placed in Perry Injury Law.

This year wasn’t measured by how many billboards we bought, or how many commercials we ran on TV. It wasn’t about being the world’s largest personal injury firm or having an army of lawyers.

It was about a two-member team (just me and my paralegal) consistently putting in the hard work – late nights, careful case selection, one-on-one client commuincation, and a commitment to preparing every case like it was going to trial.

The results this year reflect that discipline. In just our third year of operation, Perry Injury Law recovered more than $𝟮 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗢𝗡 in losses for injured clients in 2025 — money that helped families pay medical bills, replace lost income, and move forward with dignity.

Insurance companies tried to reframe the story—delay, distract, minimize. We refused. We stayed grounded in the truth: 𝗶𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁. They happen because someone 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 that violated a safety rule designed to protect the public.

As we move into 2026, we remain committed to one simple mission: 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗼𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.

All too often I hear clients tell me they tried to handle their car wreck case on their own, thinking the insurance company would "do the right thing". A true lawyer. This judge is leaving the bench to defend a man who has spent years in prison after being convicted of murdering his wife. The State’s case was based on weak, circumstantial evidence. And another man has confessed to the murder. Cudos to this judge for seeking justice for this fellow.

In a coda to the wrongful-conviction podcast “Bone Valley,” Judge Scott Cupp says he’ll step down to spring a man serving a life sentence for murder.
