During the collaborative process, the parties are committed – from the start – to a avoiding litigation against each other and resolving all issues through negotiation. Ms. Braithwaite has a wealth of experience in all aspects of family law, including in divorce, child custody arrangements, support matters, prenuptial agreements, and domestic partnerships, as well as domestic violence and bankruptcy issues arising from divorce.
