CLOSING DAY

Well… apparently the best way to celebrate Steve's 55th birthday today is to give him a project!

Today we closed on this little house right in downtown New Port Richey. It’s small, it needs a COMPLETE makeover, and naturally… we looked at each other and said, What else do we have to do...you're retired!! 😂

Maybe it becomes an Airbnb, a little downtown escape, or maybe it’s simply a place to stumble home to when we’ve enjoyed downtown a little too much! LOL
