Happy June! We are still in peak real estate season.🏠 Everyone buying focuses on curb appeal and updated bathrooms, but don't forget about the "invisible" side of buying: the paperwork.📄

🔑One key piece is title insurance. If you’re financing the purchase, a Lender’s Policy is required. An Owner’s Policy is optional, but it can help protect you from certain title issues that may come up in the future, for as long as you own the property. It is also typically a relatively small, one-time cost compared to the investment you’re making.

🎓Graduation season is upon us!🎓
While parents still see our toddler walking across that stage, the reality is that they are a grown adult, at least legally! While no parent wants to think of the "what if", you also don't want to be in a situation thinking "I wish we..."
