Receptionist / Legal Assistant

Egbert Law Group is seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join our office. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior legal experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with the management of clients and cases
Answer phones, greet clients, and handle general office duties
Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
Communicate with potential and current clients regarding office services
Collect and process payments
Provide administrative support to attorneys
Draft emails, letters, and other general correspondence

Qualifications

Previous experience in a legal setting preferred, but not required
Familiarity with legal terminology preferred, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team

Compensation: $15–$18/hour, based on experience.
