📣 We're growing and looking for a Field Coordinator / Agent Concierge!
🏠 A currently licensed Michigan real estate agent is preferred. This position could be an especially good fit for a newer agent looking to gain valuable hands-on experience or an experienced agent who has stepped back from full-time sales but would like to remain active in the business on a more flexible basis. This is a contingent, independent contractor position.
Role responsibilities include:
• Showing homes and attending inspections and final walkthroughs on behalf of our agents when their schedules do not permit.
• Providing access for appraisers, photographers, contractors, and other vendors.
• Assisting with open houses.
• Handling signs, lockboxes, keys, and property access.
• Attending closings when agent coverage is needed.
• Helping coordinate transaction-related appointments and deadlines.
• Stepping in when an agent needs dependable coverage in the field.
