Things we look for that buyers sometimes don't.
When we're walking a rural property, we're not only looking at the house.
We're paying attention to things like:
• Access
• Drainage
• Property layout
• Outbuildings
• Utilities
• Neighboring property
• How the land could actually be used
Those details may not make the pretty listing photos—but they can matter a whole lot after closing.
Local knowledge isn't just knowing where the roads go. It's knowing what to look for when you get there.
