Florida homeowners should be receiving their annual property tax notice, known as a TRIM Notice, around this time.

This is not your final tax bill. It is your chance to review the market value and assessed value listed for your property before final property tax bills are issued.

If the market value looks too high, you can question it, but there are deadlines to keep in mind.
