The law firm of Olson, Bzdok & Howard seeks a legal assistant. Part-time and full-time candidates will both be considered. The new staff member will provide professional administrative support to attorneys and work as a team with other Assistants. Full-time hours are generally 8:00 am -5:00 pm Monday through Friday, but some flexibility may be available. Part-time hours will be determined during the hiring process. Candidates should have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree; office experience (preferably but not necessarily in a law office); proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe. We are seeking someone with strong communication and organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and work on deadline. Salary commensurate with experience plus benefits. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, salary requirements, and three references by email to Colleen Mulligan.
