As a working parent (and family law attorney), sometimes the schedule just doesn’t allow for being everywhere at once.
But true coparenting means teamwork — even when it’s unconventional. Tonight, my ex husband and his spouse attended the parent-teacher conference and FaceTimed me in so I could still participate.
That’s what it means to keep the child’s best interest at the center. No one’s perfect, but cooperation and respect make all the difference for your kids!
