Student success depends on district resources. Without transparent funding we are without a solid plan for the future of our schools.

One of my goals is to hold our district accountable to the requirements and recommendations outlined in the recent Financial Crisis & Management Assistant Team's (FCMAT) Fiscal and Facilities Review as well as both San Joaquin County Grand Jury reports.

The silver lining to these reports is they tell us exactly what we need to do. We need to elect strong, humble leadership that will follow through for our students, teachers, and staff!

I’m proud to have the endorsement from our California State Congressman Jerry McNerney!

Congressman McNerney has served California’s 9th Congressional District for 16 years strongly advocating for resources to support our region. Some of his many accomplishments include the Veterans Affairs Medical Clinic in San Joaquin County and securing major investments in infrastructure and public safety, broadband, education, childcare, and health care access.

Congressman McNerney will retire after this term. Thank you for all you’ve done for our region!

Just like our clocks this weekend, in the majority of the country, the housing market will soon “spring forward!” Similar to tension in a spring, the lack of inventory available for sale has been holding back the market.
