⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We have helped several clients with Child Custody & Visitation issues this past month. There are often disagreements between parents during summer when the child(ren)'s sports/activities schedule changes or when a parent decides to move to a new county or state once the kids are out of school. If the needs of the parent or the child change, it is always best to seek a order modification from the court while you continue to follow your current order. It is never a good idea to move-away with a child or to withold visitation from the other parent without getting a court order first. Of course, we can help you with that!

We recently typed a Stipulation for Child Visitation for a client who will be accompanying her daughter to London, England to visit with the non-custodial father this summer. We sent the agreement via email to the father in England; he had his signature notarized and mailed the documents back to our office. The court signed off on our Stipulation same-day. The entire process took us just 9 days, with no court hearing!
