⭐️⭐️REUNITED⭐️⭐️

After 2 months and 3 days Kiwi is home . Where she hid was always a mystery to us . We had a few sighting early but she would not settle in one area for us to trap . The sighting was scattered . We had the drone come out twice in different locations . We did have camera’s up where she was sighted but she never came back to the area . Her family was so upset, The kids were heartbroken . The family never gave up! Every call ,every possibility it could be her, they went to check to see. It was very emotion for the family. We Want to thank Erika & Sean for flying the drone , salem campground for allowing cameras, all the many people throughout the community that posted and called sightings. The wonderful lady who had been feeding kiwi in the area keeping her there till the family to get there. Thanks to ctdgrv Deb for guidance. Never give up‼️ It can take a little more time . When Kiwi saw her family they used calming signals. They sat on the ground and she laid down and she cried to see them . Today was her sons birthday 🎉

Once the dogs got to that point, they sat down and did not go further. Huge thank you to the whole Greenwich community, Kelly & her dogs from Professional Pet Trackers for searching, CTDGRV Melanie, Jill, Melissa, and our new volunteer Kristen for all their help and guidance to the owner. A huge thank you to Jlofts in Greenwich, who posted on their page and who kept their eye out for her as well. Thank you to Mike from heat seeker Drone as well as Rocco for flying to look for Frankie. 🌟🌟REUNITED!🌟🌟
After 20 days on the run, 13 year old Lucy is home!
Owner Shawn, along with family and friends, spent countless hours and days searching along logging trails and thick woods hanging posters, talking with people in the area, and taking along Lucy's brother dog, with no sightings. We flooded social media with her story. Finally, 17 days later a sighting came in - Lucy had been hanging out in a yard for several days 8 miles away in Higganum. Homeowners Lori and Dan searched facebook and found our poster, and called the owner right away. DGR's Carol moved in swiftly to set a trap. Although it was hard, the area had to be kept quiet. She disappeared again, but was spotted by a hunter a few miles away in Middletown heading back toward Higganum. We knew she was in danger of coyotes, and prayed hard for her to return to the trap. This morning, Lucy appeared and was trapped immediately.
Without Lucy's owner following our coaching - hanging posters, going door to door, not calling out for Lucy, and remaining distant while the trap was sitting, she would not have been found.
A very special thanks to homeowners, Lori, Dan and A.J. for allowing us to set the trap and keeping it baited, to Shawn’s family and friends and countless neighbors and strangers, all pitching in to help, to local ACOs for their support, to DGR’s volunteers Susan, Carol, Dave and Deanna for setting the trap and convincing her owner not to quit.
Welcome Home Lucy ❤️🐶🐾

💥Owner is now offering a reward for the safe return of their pet💥

💥Update! Haze and Kaiju are both home!💥
Haze showed up this morning at home. CTDGRV Sharon suggested that Briana the owner look for prints in the dirt since it had rained. Briana located prints in the direction that she thought Haze came from. She followed them for quite awhile to a small brook where she found more prints. Tim Whtail Reinke came out with his drone. While flying he did get a possible heat signature on the other side of a very busy road and CTDGRV Trish checked the area. She found more tracks running along the same brook. Owners Briana and Travis and friend TJ went to that area a couple of hours later and found Kaiju sitting up above the brook in a clearing. Kaiju took a minute but then came to them.
Thank you to owners Briana and Travis, their friend TJ, Tim Whtail Reinke for flying his drone, Jerry and Cindy for allowing us to fly the drone from their yard, Polly and Dan for driving around and looking and to CTDGRV Trish and Sharon for searching the area, assisting in the drone search and guiding and supporting the family! It was a great team effort! We are so happy that Haze and Kaiju are both home safe!

Missing in Canterbury!
These two chased after something and have not returned! They are both friendly, but may bark at first. Please call in sightings immediately to the number on the flyer.

🌟🌟REUNITED🌟🌟
We are so happy to report he has been safely trapped by CTDGRV’s Melissa & Jill!
Thank you to everyone who allowed traps on their property. All the wonderful neighbors who called in sightings continuously. Thank you to his new family who was out there every day and did everything to bring him home.
Everyone is so grateful that he is safe and sound.
After traveling his loop of 2 miles, never settling in the same place very often for over 2 wks, he is now going to get the well-deserved rest he needs.
Thank you everyone.
Welcome home. You are ready for your happy ever after…. ❤️🐶🐾

🚨Please DO NOT CHASE OR CALL out to him! 🚨
We know where he is and recovery efforts are underway. Unfortunately, well meaning people are chasing him, calling out to him and pursuing him. We will not be able to trap him if he gets scared out of the area. We do not want him going towards the Merritt Parkway. Please do not engage. Do not try to catch him. Just call the number on the flyer with All Sightings. His safety is priority one

💥UPDATE💥
We would like to ask everyone to call in sightings instead of posting as the family does not regularly check social media. ALSO if you have a ring camera in the Adams Rd/Sport Hill Rd/ Ferndale Dr area we would be so appreciative if you could check them for past or recent sightings. Thank you so much . He is very skittish and will run if chased. So please just call number on flyer.
