Glad they got this guy. I have a hearing at Lamoreaux next week. Lamoreaux is where they do the family law and DV cases in Orange County. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN STIPULATING TO ABOVE GUIDELINE CHILD SUPPORT.

Marriage of Laudemann, (2001) 92 Cal.App.4th 1009, deals with stipulated above-guideline child support modification and states that a showing of changed circumstance is needed to lower to guideline.

However, regarding below guideline child support:
"If the parties to a stipulated agreement stipulate to a child support order below the amount established by the statewide uniform guideline, no change of circumstances need be demonstrated to obtain a modification of the child support order to the applicable guideline level or above. CA Family Code § 4065.
