What does equality mean when you’re a woman and also Latina? 💜

It means not having to choose between being proud of where you come from and being taken seriously in the room.

It means having the same opportunities, the same respect, and the same seat at the table—without having to work twice as hard just to prove you belong.

For us, equality also means opening doors for the women who come after us. Porque cuando una Latina avanza, hacemos espacio para muchas más.

This Women’s Equality Day, we celebrate the Latina women who are leading, building, advocating, and changing the spaces they’re in. ✨

We’re not asking for a seat. We’re making room at the table.

Everyone deserves to feel safe in their own community. 🤍

A place where our children can go to school without fear. Where they never feel ashamed of how they look, where they come from, or who their parents are.

Where they can feel proud of the sacrifices their parents made to give them a better future, and feel confident that when they come home, the people they love will be there waiting for them.

Todos merecemos vivir en una comunidad donde nos sintamos seguros, aceptados y tratados con dignidad.

So honored to have attended the 47th Annual Convention of the CHCC 🌟

Our founder, Cynthia Grande , was proud to attend as part of the RISE cohort, alongside Val Herrera , one of our Managing Attorneys. Together, they had the opportunity to connect with so many incredible people and be part of this great gathering of our community.

Congratulations to Chairwoman Veronica Corona 👑 and the entire CHCC team on another beautiful and successful convention. We’re truly grateful to have been included and to be part of such an inspiring space. ❤️

Today we celebrate the women who carry their culture, their stories, and their dreams with orgullo. 💕🌎

Being Latina means knowing where you come from while never being afraid to dream bigger about where you’re going. It means resilience, comunidad, ambition, and making space for the women who come after us.

Too Latina to play small. Always. 💅🏽✨

Tag a Latina who inspires you, supports you, or reminds you just how powerful you are. ❤️
