Better late than never... this week’s is arriving on a Thursday. 😄
Yesterday, when Argentina scored its second goal, it felt like all the air had been sucked out of the room. We were in a bar filled with England fans, but it was the look on my husband’s face that broke my heart. 💔🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
So today, I’m trading World Cup heartbreak for a little watercolor calm. I love the way the blues and purples blend together. There’s something about watercolor that can make even bold colors feel peaceful.

⚽🌸 World Cup fever has arrived at Blue Water Estate Planning ⚽🌎

One of my favorite things about our office is that our team represents several different countries. Between us, we have roots in 🇺🇸 the USA, 🏴 England, 🇨🇴 Colombia, 🇲🇽 Mexico, and 🇿🇦 South Africa.

To celebrate, I created flower arrangements inspired by each country’s flag and displayed them in soccer-ball vases.

I’d been planning this little project for a while, but by the time I finally put it together today, Mexico and South Africa had already been eliminated. So our office’s Final Three begins with the USA, England, and Colombia.

As each team is knocked out, one more vase will disappear until only one remains standing.
