We are pleased to welcome our new associate, Harrison DeVaughn. Harrison graduated from Washburn Law School, married his lovely wife Shayla, and passed the Kansas Bar Exam all in one summer. Harrison will be practicing civil litigation, corporate, employment, and domestic law. He brings a strong work ethic and competitive experience to the Firm, as a former collegiate track athlete from Baker University, and through his previous work experience. Welcome, Harrison!

Congratulations to Kara Eisenhut. The Office of Judicial Administration has approved Kara as a Dispute Resolution Provider. She completed hours of training and several mediations to become approved as a Core Mediation, Domestic Mediation, and Domestic Conciliation provider. Kara is available to provide domestic conciliation and mediation services.

A domestic conciliator helps the parties reach a resolution in issues such as residency, custody, parenting time, communication and other domestic issues, and if ordered, provides a report to the court. If you are in need of these services, please give Kara a call at 785-232-2200.
