Litigation Associates, 4-7 Years Experience.
The Litigation Associate will handle civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and managing cases from inception through resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing legal memoranda, attending court appearances, and participating in depositions and client meetings. The role involves close collaboration with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide clear, practical guidance to clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Toms River, NJ, requiring regular presence in the office and local courts.
Salary Range - $90,000 - $135,000
