Divorce and custody cases are not the time to vent online.
Social media posts, screenshots, text messages, location tags, dating-app activity, and even Venmo notes can become evidence in a New Jersey family court case. What feels like a harmless post today may be used later to question judgment, credibility, parenting decisions, or financial claims.
A simple rule: before you post, assume the judge, the other party, and both attorneys may eventually see it.
If you are involved in a divorce, custody dispute, support issue, or domestic violence matter, speak with an attorney before letting social media make the case harder.
