Julie Shalloup- It's About Home Growing up in a family of small business owners taught Julie early on the importance and value of Quality Client Care.

In addition to those deeply rooted beliefs, her own career experiences instilled in her a high regard for excellence in customer service. After graduating from Drury University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Julie worked as an Insurance Underwriter, and then was promoted into Management, where she sharpened her negotiation skills as a liaison between Clients and Agents. Her pa

ssion for home and family led her to open her own Interior Decorating business after moving to Texas in 1997. As her business expanded into consulting with clients during new home construction and remodeling projects, pursuing a career in Real Estate was a natural fit. She credits her experiences in listening and identifying people’s needs and implementing solutions as critical to her success in Real Estate. Julie represents clients in all facets of real estate transactions including Home Buyers and Sellers, Investors, Property Owners and Tenants. She draws on her interior decorating experience and her training as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist to help clients highlight the best features of their homes and the lifestyle benefits of the property and neighborhood. Julie combines innovative technology, marketing savvy, and a deep local knowledge to help clients in the buying and selling process. Julie married her college sweetheart and has four children. Two daughters and her son are Texas A&M Graduates, and her youngest daughter is currently enrolled as a Sophomore at Texas A&M. At home, Julie enjoys spending time outdoors in her yard and garden. She takes pride in being a successful do-it-yourselfer. Julie focuses on helping buyers and sellers in Tomball, Magnolia, Cypress, and Spring, but is ready to help in all areas of town.
