My excitement for this accepted offer? Through the roof!!

My client came to me after spending over a YEAR trying to buy a home, putting in multiple offers, and getting frustrated with the process.

Meanwhile, her son had been working with me for about 3 weeks when we found him an amazing property and got it under contract. After seeing how things went with him, she decided it was time to make a switch too!

And then… the timing of this story gets even better. 😂

I was leaving for vacation the next morning and hadn’t packed a single thing. Naturally, the perfect little house decided to hit the market that evening. So we rushed over to see it, and she instantly fell in love.

The next morning, I was writing an offer from the airport, walking her through different strategic options, and figuring out how to make her offer competitive in a multiple-offer situation without pushing her outside her budget.

And guess what? WE GOT IT!!

The best part? I was able to introduce her to a strategy she didn’t even know was an option. We found a way to approach the offer differently, stay within her budget, and put her in a position to win.

Admittedly, we all have things in our jobs that we don’t necessarily love or feel like we’re naturally great at…

Okay yeah, rates went up. And I totally get why you’re nervous or discouraged from buying.

But let me give you a different perspective…

If every buyer waits for rates to come back down, guess what happens when they do? 👀

More buyers. More competition. Higher prices.

You don’t need to perfectly time the market. You need to know what you can comfortably afford and have a plan that actually works for your life.
