Think you still need to drive to a bank to get a document notarized? Think again! 🚗💨

Here are 3 common myths about Remote Online Notarization (RON):

1️⃣ Myth: It’s not legally valid. -> Fact: RON is legally recognized nationwide across the U.S.!
2️⃣ Myth: It takes too long. -> Fact: Most virtual sessions take less than 15 minutes from your phone or computer.
3️⃣ Myth: It's hard to do. -> Fact: All you need is a stable internet connection, valid ID, and your unsigned document.

Need a document notarized online? Here’s what you need for a quick and seamless session:

Reliable Internet & Audio/Video: A stable internet connection along with a working webcam/camera and microphone on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Unsigned Document: Have your complete document ready, but do not sign or date it beforehand—it must be signed during the session.

Valid Photo ID: A current government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).

All Signers Present: Anyone required to sign must join the video call with their valid ID.
