☀️ GOOD MORNING, LINKEDIN! HAPPY WEDNESDAY! 🦅
They say, “I’m too old to argue. Believe whatever makes you feel better.”
And the closer I get to 50, the more I understand that statement! 😂
But here’s the funny part… if the stars ever align and I earn my Juris Doctor (J.D.) and become a TAX ATTORNEY, I’ll probably be arguing cases until the end of time! 🤣⚖️
There’s a difference between arguing to prove a point and advocating for something that matters.
That’s a lesson I’ve learned through life, leadership, and professional experience.
Not every disagreement requires my participation. Not every misunderstanding needs correcting. And not every situation deserves a seat at my table.
But when it comes to integrity, accountability, fairness, and doing what’s right? Those are principles worth standing up for.
Maturity isn’t about losing your voice. It’s about learning when and how to use it.
So today, choose your battles wisely, protect your peace, and put your energy into something meaningful.
And who knows? Maybe there’s still a law degree somewhere in my future! 😂⚖️
