THE MOVIES ARE COMING BACK TO TIFTON! 🎥🍿

We are excited to share the news that our former AMC theater is coming back to life under new ownership… and we know we aren’t the only ones who have missed having a movie theater in town.

This isn’t simply a reopening. The theater will be getting a complete overhaul, including all-new projectors, luxury seating, upgraded concessions and more—bringing an entirely new movie-going experience back to our community.

But the good news doesn’t stop there…

With the addition of the theater, we’re also thrilled to announce that the entire Tifton Mall is now FULLY LEASED! What was once a property with empty storefronts and an uncertain future is entering an exciting new chapter, and we couldn’t be more thankful to have played a part in it.

A huge thank you and congratulations to our partners at In-Rel Properties (Keith Newell) on this accomplishment and for trusting us to be part of the process. Bringing a property like this back to full occupancy takes vision, investment, persistence and a lot of work behind the scenes—and we are excited for what it means for Tifton.
