Please be advised that I will be retiring and closing my law practice effective June 20, 2025. I am no longer taking on any new legal matters.

I have in my possession certain original wills prepared by Attorney Arthur F. Graham; Attorney Thomas J. Eberly; Attorney Dennis J. Eberly; Eberly & Eberly, Attorneys at Law; and Eberly Law, LLC. If you would like your original will, please contact this office by June 1, 2025 to make arrangements to pick it up. Original wills not picked up will be deposited with the Seneca County Probate Court.

On or after June 1, 2025, I will permanently destroy all client files in my possession. Clients of Attorney Thomas J. Eberly; Attorney Dennis J. Eberly; Eberly & Eberly, Attorneys at Law; and
Eberly Law, LLC, who do not want the contents of their files to be permanently destroyed, should contact this office by June 1, 2025 to make arrangements to pick up their files.

It has been my privilege and honor to serve you. However, after nearly 40 years of practice, I am looking forward to pursuing new activities in retirement.
