Our office has recently seen an increase in cases involving individuals attempting to have dementia patients sign away their homes, land, or other assets.

We want to remind everyone: any transaction or legal document signed by someone who lacks the mental capacity to understand what they are doing may be INVALID and can lead to serious legal consequences.

We are committed to protecting the rights of vulnerable individuals, especially those with dementia or other cognitive impairments.

āš–ļø As a law firm, we will not tolerate any attempts to exploit or take advantage of individuals who may lack the capacity to protect themselves.

Letā€™s work together to stop exploitation and safeguard the rights and dignity of those who may not be able to protect themselves.

If youā€™re looking for us please be patient. We have no power, internet, phone and very little cellular service due to Hurricane Helene. Some of the judges have put in Judicial Emergency Ordes to put court dates on hold. Communication has been restricted due to the outage. We will reschedule all appointments when we are back online. Hey everyone! We had an amazing visit a few weeks ago from Yareli, a high school student who was interested in learning about how our law firm operates a few weeks ago. We gave her a tour and showed her how we use modern technology to stay ahead of the game, making us one of the most advanced law firms out there.

Not only did we show her around, but we also gave Yareli some tips on how she can use technology in school to stay organized and efficient. We're excited to see her presentation and wish her all the luck in the world!

Let's hope her fellow students won't need any legal services anytime soon, but if they do, we'll be here to help!
