Scoot over to Putnam tomorrow!

FROM THE NEWSROOM: (PUTNAM) The Annual Good Friday food drive will be held tomorrow in the WINY parking lot to benefit the Daily Bread Food Pantry, says President, Karen Osbrey.

Volunteers will be on hand collecting donations between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.. Any amount, whether in monetary donations, or non-perishable food items will be appreciated; although there are a few specific items that the pantry is low on.

At this time they are a bit low on jelly, and can always peanut butter which the kids and even seniors love; it is also a good source of protein. Boxes of breakfast cereal are also low at this time. Of course, anything that is donated and most welcome and appreciated, says Osbrey.

Please consider driving-thru and dropping off your donations.

This event is powered by the Putnam Rotary Club, Putnam Elks Club, and the Putnam Lion’s Club; who all come together as one group on this day to help out.
