Filing on time helps keep your business in good standing and can avoid potential administrative dissolution.

You can file online at www.sosnc.gov.

📁 Each Business Corporation, Limited Liability Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Limited Liability Limited Partnership is required to file an annual report with the Secretary of State on or before April 15, 2025. For step-by-step instructions on how to file online visit sosnc.gov.
📂The state charges a $200 filing fee to file the annual reports. Owners should be aware of misleading mailings offering to file your annual reports for a fee much higher than what the state charges.
📂If you have an accountant, check with them as they may have filed the annual report on your behalf.
