ADAPT is pleased to announce the release of a new line of Virtual Estate Planning System (“VEPS”) products available on its new cloud-based platform. EP Drafter is the first of several new products which has been released this Spring designed specifically for estate planners and professional document preparers who want to fully automate their estate planning practice. EP Drafter features additional automated document templates designed for estate planners or document preparers who want to create custom wills, trusts and now, many other legal documents as part of their practice. It’s ideal for the drafter who wants to completely control the input process while they work with clients.
With EP Drafter you are able to create all of the typical estate planning documents an estate planner typically pulls together for clients whether using a will or a revocable trust as your main planning vehicle.
Like other products in our VEPS line, EP Drafter uses dynamic interviews to help the planner efficiently create even the most complex legal documents. As with VEPS, all documents can be customized to meet your client’s needs and comply with all federal and state laws.
And with EP Drafter, while you can still draft a will or revocable trust package containing the documents needed to put together a complete plan, you can also create a wide range of stand-alone legal documents you may need to create as part of your practice. This includes legal documents such as Codicils, Trust Amendments, Various Transfer Documents (including Deeds), Transfer on Death Deeds, Affidavits of Death, Minor’s POA and HCPOA, Visitation Authorizations, Dementia Directives, NFA Gun Trusts as well as a range of revocations, appointments and correspondence.
EP Drafter is just the beginning of a series of new products ADAPT will be introducing in this quarter! This new VEPS product line will provide our customers with not only more content, but also additional controls relating to cloud-based client collaboration including much more control over the client experience as well as new functionality which allows the planner to better control and manage the way they work with clients and prospects.
