Meet David Bonivich, Licensed Title Agent
If you've called Southern Heritage Title recently, there's a good chance you've already talked with David!
David joins our team with a strong accounting background and a unique understanding of the real estate industry. As a former licensed REALTOR® in the State of Texas, he knows firsthand what agents need to keep transactions moving smoothly and understands the importance of communication, accuracy, and exceptional service.
One thing that makes Southern Heritage Title different is that every member of our team is a licensed title agent. We believe that having a knowledgeable team at every step of the closing process allows us to better serve our REALTORS®, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
David is also Robyn's brother, making Southern Heritage Title even more of a family business. Outside of the office, he's a proud dad to an adorable one-year-old little boy who keeps him busy when he's not helping clients get to the closing table.
