WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR KIDS IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOU ?
Having a valid current will is the single most important thing you can do to make sure your children are cared for by the people you would choose if anything should happen to you. In your will, you can designate a person (guardian) to care for your children if you die before they become legal adults. If you do not have a valid will designating who will care for your children, the court will decide who becomes your child’s legal guardian. Don’t let a judge make that choice for you.
We offer different Will/Trust/Estate Plans for families with minor children as well as for parents who wish to leave assets to their adult children in trust until they reach specified ages or other milestones. Call us to schedule an appointment to determine which Plan is best to protect your family.
