🏡 New Amendment 3 Homestead Calculator

The Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s Office has launched a new Amendment 3 Homestead Calculator to help property owners understand the potential property tax impact of the proposed constitutional amendment.

Amendment 3 is on the November 3, 2026, General Election ballot. If approved by voters, it would increase the homestead exemption for non-school property taxes, beginning in 2027.

The calculator at pbcpao.gov allows property owners with a current homestead exemption to search for their property and view an estimate based on 2026 certified property values and millage rates.

It also provides an estimated revenue impact by taxing authority, showing the potential effect on ad valorem revenue for the county, municipalities, and other applicable non-school taxing authorities.
