Our Social Security Disability law firm needs to add another Intake Specialist to our roster to manage increasing inquiries from clients and our growing caseload. We operate a busy and highly successful practice. You will join us in upholding our Clients' rights and providing them with the best possible representation in pursuit of their Social Security Disability beenfits. We have a highly collaborative office system in place, which each professional helps the others to ensure all of our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:

- Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to become familiar with their cases

- Conducting basic research to investigate whether prospective clients’ claims have merit

- Evaluating prospective clients’ claims to determine whether they’re in line with the areas of practice and experience of the firm

- Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates

- Onboarding new clients by filling out necessary paperwork and putting together initial case files

- Entering client information into computer systems

- Networking with law firms in other areas of specialty to grow referrals

- Performing administrative support tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong and positive telephone presence
- Strong desire to help others
- Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
