Arizona has a water problem (i.e. we never have too much). We are constantly searching to find new sources, constantly taking from farmers and native tribes, and constantly tapping the ground for more. So, when the Maricopa County Superior Court ruled against the Arizona Department of Water Resources, my ears perked up. Yesterday, we had victory in a civil jury trial involving an alleged land development agreement with our probate estate client! What does it take to win?
