A slower summer does not automatically mean something is wrong. Scottsdale is seasonal, and demand changes shape through the year. A property’s strategy should change with it. That means rates reviewed against current booking pace and relevant comps instead of prices set months ago. Minimum stays that flex when rigid rules create gaps. A calendar checked for which nights guests can actually book, since open and bookable are different things. Even the top resorts run this playbook: a February weekend at the Andaz or Four Seasons costs three to four times the August rate, by design. None of this requires panic. It requires attention and a strategy built for the season you’re in. DM REPORT for an address-specific seasonal review of your home.
