I was originally licensed in 2003 when I still lived in North San Diego County. I moved my family up to Murrieta in 2009 where I worked with Warburton Properties until 2015. In 2015 I branched out to ERA Jousting Real Estate where I am currently excited to continue helping people fulfill the American Dream of Home-Ownership. I graduated from the University of Sunderland in the North East of Englan

Some moves are about building a life.

The Cabral family made the move from Seattle to California after dreaming about sunshine, a different pace of life, and being closer to so many of the things they love. As self-proclaimed Disney fanatics, California had been calling their name for quite a while.

After finding my YouTube channel and reaching out, we started the journey together. We explored different areas, talked through what mattered most, and ultimately found a beautiful home in Menifee that felt like the perfect fit. A neighborhood they loved, a great elementary school nearby, and a home that works beautifully for their family’s lifestyle.

This weekend, I had the privilege of bringing their goodie basket to their new home and officially welcoming them to California.

Cabral family, thank you for trusting me to be part of such a big chapter in your story. I’m so excited for all the memories you’ll create here.

There’s something tender about watching someone choose courage over comfort.

Anita left behind what was familiar in Pittsburgh so she could build a new chapter here in California, closer to her daughter, closer to new memories, and closer to the life she felt pulled toward. 🤍

And this week, she got the keys to that new chapter.

Watching her walk into her brand new home for the very first time with Jason and sweet Bruin was such a special moment. There’s excitement in these transitions, of course, but there’s also vulnerability. Change asks a lot of us sometimes.

But every once in a while, you step through a door and realize something beautiful was waiting on the other side all along. 🏡

So thankful I got to be part of this story. Welcome home, Anita.

This kitchen feels like the perfect mix of warm, classic, and thoughtfully collected.

I love the mix of walnut-stained cabinetry, marble countertops and backsplash, brass hardware, and that custom range hood. The wall sconce is such a pretty detail too, especially because of the way the light comes from the side and gives the room a softer, warmer feel than overhead LED lighting.

The brass kitchen rail with s-hooks under the shelf is such a pretty, functional detail, and the counter-to-ceiling glass cabinets add so much character. I’m torn on those taking up counter space, though. Gorgeous? Yes. Practical in every kitchen? Maybe not.

For anyone who loves kitchen design inspo, this has so many beautiful details to save, especially if you’re dreaming about future updates, gathering ideas, or just love seeing what makes a kitchen feel warm and timeless.
