I was originally licensed in 2003 when I still lived in North San Diego County. I moved my family up to Murrieta in 2009 where I worked with Warburton Properties until 2015. It still feels surreal every single time. 😂

When someone reaches out to me after finding me on YouTube and says, “I feel like I already know you,” it’s one of my favorite things to hear.

I started making videos to help people understand what it’s really like to live in the Temecula Valley, especially when they’re trying to make a big move from somewhere else. And somehow, along the way, you get to know me, too.

So when that first phone call feels less like talking to a stranger and more like picking up a conversation we’ve already started, I absolutely love it.

And yes… I’m still a little shocked that people actually watch my stuff. 😂

Would you trade your traditional French doors for these? Because I would. 🖤

These all-glass doors immediately caught my attention, but the longer I look, the more there is to love.

The slim black frames add just enough contrast while all that glass keeps everything feeling open + lets the outdoors become part of the room. I love these as a front-door moment, but I might love them even more replacing standard French doors or a sliding glass door leading to the backyard.

Living in the Temecula Valley, I would pay attention to which direction they’re facing. That much glass + our summer sun could be a completely different experience depending on the exposure. Definitely something I’d ask the installer about before committing. ☀️

And then there’s everything else happening here. The white walls. Those arches. The black sconces. And that herringbone brick floor?! Gorgeous. Although I have questions about cleaning approximately 47,000 grout lines. 😂

I especially love that the white walls don’t feel boring at all. With this much texture, contrast + architectural detail, they actually let everything else stand out.
