Today, we have the opportunity as a nation to thank those who served to protect our country. When the brave men and women put on the uniform, they pledged to protect the Constitution, irrespective of anyone's political beliefs.

If you meet a veteran today, remember this is our day to honor them, and to thank them for their service.

On September 11, 2001 one of the most horrible events of modern history occurred since Pearl Harbor with the attack on the World Trade Center. What followed reminded us that we as Americans could come together as a Nation to morn and to honor those who lost their lives. Today, we need to remember we are all Americans, no matter what our differences, and today we should come together as a great nation to remember those who died on that tragic day.

Litigation Associate Attorney
Our offices are located in Temecula, California. Known for its beautiful landscapes, wineries, and vibrant community, Temecula offers a wonderful quality of life with its small-town charm and proximity to major metropolitan areas.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.

The perfect candidate will have the following qualities:

1. Case Management:
Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including, but not limited to, commercial disputes, employment issues for employers, and general civil litigation.
Must be able to represent both plaintiffs or defendants.
Conduct legal research
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Develop and implement effective case strategies.
Draft and respond to discovery.

2. Client Interaction
Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status and gather necessary information.
Advise clients on legal issues and potential courses of action.
3. Court Appearances:
Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.
4. Negotiation and Settlement:
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
5. Legal Research and Analysis:
Stay current on legal developments and precedents relevant to assigned cases.
Analyze and apply legal principles to specific case facts.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active California State Bar membership.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
Potential for a signing bonus
