That’s not just a career. That’s a legacy.
Today we celebrate Sonya Sanders. Twenty-five years in real estate, with seventeen of those years poured into EXIT and the office we proudly call home. In an industry that constantly shifts, reinvents itself, and sometimes forgets what really matters, Sonya has remained steady. Faithful. Grounded. The person people trust when things feel uncertain.
Sonya helps everyone. Not for recognition. Not for praise. She helps because it’s who she is. She answers the questions, calms the nerves, steps in without being asked, and carries more than her share so others don’t have to. She has been a quiet constant for so many people in this office, even when they didn’t realize they needed one.
She believes deeply in EXIT and what it stands for, but what makes this especially meaningful is how much she loves this office and this team. She chose to stay. She chose to commit. She chose to build something real here. In doing so, she helped create a culture where loyalty is respected, kindness matters, and helping one another is not weakness, it’s strength.
And if you don’t hear it enough, Sonya, please hear this now: you matter more than you know. Your presence has shaped this office. Your heart has held people together in ways you may never fully see. Your humor and sass have brought levity when things felt heavy. You have made people feel safe, capable, and supported just by being yourself.
You belong here.
Not because of your years.
Not because of your hard work.
But because of who you are.
