Meet Wesley Sabio
As a 20-year resident of the Murrieta and Temecula Valley, Realtor Wesley Sabio has developed a reputation for being professional yet relatable. Through managing the business operations of a Christian bookstore called Springs of Life and helping churches organize and coordinate retreats and conferences, Wesley has gotten to know a wide variety of the community members that he serves. "I love helping people meet their needs," says Wesley. "I excel at discerning a person's need and helping them to fulfill that need." That appears to be true. Wesley's past clients describe him as being helpful, honest, and down to earth. Of course, with his motto being "A higher level of service," it's patently clear that Wesley intends to make good on his word with every real estate transaction he's part of. "Buyers and sellers will feel assured that they are receiving the best care, both from a real estate standpoint as well as a personal standpoint," he promises.
From his earliest career aspirations, Wesley has undertaken all his projects with a goal to serve. He has coached high school and club volleyball, served as a church leader, worked in human resources, and worked in various non-profit and retail management positions. With his B.A. in Biblical Studies from Calvary Chapel Bible College in Murrieta, Wesley has truly fulfilled his mission to serve the community that he loves so much. "I love that it's a safe place to raise a family," he says. Real estate was a natural progression, as it allows Wesley to provide for his family (including their beloved Aussiedoodle, Wilson IG: doodnamedwilson) as well as to continue his history of service at his church.
Wesley is the kind of real estate agent that you can count on to listen carefully to your needs. His past experience has trained him to be a good listener, and he is highly skilled at negotiating real estate transactions, where he's representing the buyer or the seller.
