I just wanted to take a moment to share a little bit about me and what’s going on in my world. 😊 Honestly, I’ve been on quite the ride these past few years, filled with inner work, growth, and healing. I decided to leave real estate after 24 years and really start building my healing business. I followed my heart, dug deep, and found a way to impact more people in a meaningful way.

My mission is to help with the massive shift in human consciousness and help individuals awaken to their true nature. Through trauma and spiritual healing, we learn how powerful and creative we are. We can attract and create whatever we desire. Life gets exciting once you truly understand this.

For me, I have faith and trust that everything is working out for me, bringing beautiful opportunities that align with my dreams. Because I believe this, I keep being blessed with situations, people, and opportunities that support my goals and mission. Everything is happening for me! It’s truly magical!

Interesting information….thoughts?

Mortgage demand is now at its lowest level since 1995 and still falling SHARPLY.

To put this in perspective, mortgage demand in 2005 was ~300% above current levels.

Since 2021, mortgage demand is down a massive 60%.

Meanwhile, existing home sales are down 16% this year, their lowest since 2010.

No one wants to sell and no one wants to buy.

Truly historic times.

I have to stop my work day to share this little tid bit! I am trying really, really hard not to blow a gasket over this!⁣

I log into my MLS to do a search for a client, and this is what popped up! (View the two pictures attached)⁣

CLIMATE CHANGE is causing more frequent, extreme weather, events! Imagine that on MLS they’re talking about climate change. Next, they have a sale on a hazard and risk report for one day only….just for today! Let me point out what they’re doing here…⁣

Every where you turn it’s subliminal about climate change, our world is going to s**t because of climate change. No, it isn’t!!! If you go down the rabbit hole and actually do your own research, you will see that over the span of hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of years, there really is no climate change. It’s the same that it was before, it goes up and it goes down a little bit, things change, but there’s really no difference in what’s going on with the climate. ⁣

Next! If we really did have a risk of major climate change, why would they only have a sale on a risk report for a limited time??? This is a blatant test of the market to see how many people will actually “bite” or believe this nonsense!⁣

Do you see what they’re doing? Real estate is one of the biggest markets out there. (See my next post)They are subliminally, trying to get realtors onboard to sell more risk reports so that everyone makes more money for something that’s not even an issue. Also, to solidify more the belief that there is climate change. ⁣

Let’s be very clear, as a real estate broker, I am all about protecting my clients. However, if you do your own research and read articles outside MSM, you will see the truth about climate change. Then, research Maui, research all the earthquakes, research all the floods.⁣

You will understand that this is a concerted effort by many different parties to create the belief that there is a climate change problem. I beg of you to follow your own intuition, see what resonates with you and then follow the path to truth.⁣

Lol! Showing property today (land) out a little bit from Temecula. My view!😍 I love goats, I’m not sure why, but I love them.

Lots of great deals on land! I just wanted to share. If you want to get out of the city, use your money differently, get off the grid, make a business…. I got you covered. I’m your girl!

FYI, if you are contacting a realtor to view land, make sure they work with land. It’s a whole different animal. Actually, I recommend a consultation ahead of time so you can narrow down ideas in your head and what you are looking for (that’s where I come in!) I can help guide you and help it all make sense. 💜🏠

Yay for the buyers out there. Everyone is still winning, sellers and buyers.

Homebuyers are getting some relief as sellers slash their prices at a record rate and mortgage rates drop following months of increases.

I know….. poor taste possibly. However, it’s true in this market. It’s still hot, multiple offers over list price, etc. The least few weeks I’ve felt the energy start to shift. So pay attention and stay tuned!
